In between

i was walking to another tower to deploy some codes, when i met a colleague who was on the way to the same place.

chatted with her while making our way there, making small talk mainly about the current project, which mainly was about how hectic this project is and all that and how we wished we were in the maintenance project.

I thought of how i felt when i was previously in a maintenance project. 3 months into the maintenance project, i felt bored. I was thankful it lasted only 3-4 months. wanted something more interesting. Now i am in a project with more stuff to catch up and learn, i actually wanna go back to a maintenance project. We really want to have best of both worlds always.

If only there is way to escape for about 2 weeks or so, that would be great. But I don’t think there is such luxury. Oh well, i can only just hang tough!
