i just had the chance to go watch a movie in the GV GoldClass Theatre. It is indeed 1st class cinema seats, compared to the usual theatres. of course what would you expect after one is supposed to fork out about $30 for a seat.
a recliner seat, coffee table in front of you and a blanket each to cuddle in it whicle watching some romance movie, hide when you are watching horror, grip and tear up the blanket in excitement while watching action movies.
There are also food that you can order and they serve it up to you. I had my potatoe wedges warm, with salsa, cheese and sour cream to go with. then a glass of coke. a little pricey compared to the stalls just opposite the box office.
But i had all these for free!!! but i must say, you should just try it at least once in your lifetime!
watched the mist, starring i dunnoe who. but i find it quite a good show, especially when the survivors attempted some self-governance, which ended up as a witchhunt. the ending was pretty good too.
good as in they don’t leave any trace or hint about any part 2 coming up. good as in it was not a typical “all live happily ever after” ending. it would probably be more of a chest beating kind of ending.

i was looking thru my entire collection of photographs taken in 2006 & 2007.
I discovered that i had 3 housewarming at end of 2006/beginning 2007. what was my parents and I thinking about. Not warm enough in singapore?
I deleted some redundant pictures and videos, you know, those that have not much meaning or just plain snapshots. These were just taking up space. As i browse thru the pictures, i looked back on some memories while i was studying in australia in 2006. good times it was but reminded me of some things that hurt alittle.
but its all past. I dun have any regrets or feel bad about anything that have happened before. All things happen probably for some reasons.
In I am very happy with life right now. 2007 was good, getting a job that i might not have wanted but still, i kind of enjoyed it.
2008. It can only get better. lets keep this optimism up!
I went to the Changi Airport T3 with my camera, with the taking of some landscape or architecture stuff in mind.
However i did not find any view that i liked. So i shot mostly close ups in black and white, at 35mm or 50mm most of the time. Turned up my camera’s ISO to the fastest as well, to give some grainy feel to the pics.

If only i had gotten more of his face and more DOF control with the lens.
